Processing Time Custom photo magnet orders are processed within 3–5 business days after order confirmation. Scripture magnet sets and frames typically ship within 3-4 business days.

Shipping Methods & Timeframes We currently ship within the United States. Estimated delivery times after processing:

• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
• Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (if available at checkout)

Local Pickup Local pickup is available in the Lakeland, FL area. You will receive a notification when your order is ready.

Tracking A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships.

Delays We are not responsible for carrier delays, weather events, or delays caused by incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout. Please double-check your address before placing your order.

Lost or Damaged Shipments If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date at hello@mymagnetsmiles.com with your order number.
