Refund & Return Policy

Our Commitment to You At My Magnet Smiles, we take pride in creating high-quality, faith-inspired magnets and personalized keepsakes. Because many of our products are made to order, please read our policy carefully before purchasing.

Personalized & Custom Photo Magnets

All custom photo magnet orders are made specifically for you and cannot be returned or exchanged due to the personalized nature of the product.

However, we will gladly offer a free reprint or full refund if your order:

  • Arrives damaged or broken
  • Has a printing defect or quality issue
  • Was printed incorrectly due to an error on our part

To request a reprint or refund, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at hello@mymagnetsmiles.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo showing the issue

Please note: Slight color variations between your screen and the printed product are normal and are not considered defects.

Scripture Magnet Sets & Magnetic Frames

Non-personalized items may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are unused and in their original condition.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error
  • Once we receive and inspect the return, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days
  • Items returned after 30 days or in used condition will not be eligible for a refund

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and the product and contact us within 14 days of delivery. If your order is lost in transit, please reach out and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Order Cancellations

Custom photo magnet orders enter production quickly. If you need to cancel, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. We cannot guarantee cancellations after production has begun.

Non-personalized items may be cancelled any time before shipment.
